🔄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY – Scents Vault

At Scents Vault, we are committed to providing a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Due to the nature of fragrance products, our return policy is carefully structured to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.


📦 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • The product must be in its original packaging and condition
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

⏳ Return Request Window

All return requests must be made within:

  • 3 days of delivery

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale (if applicable)

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately within the return window
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).


📭 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled
